“Been okay. Lots of seasonal depression, but that’s kinda par for the course. The others have at least been a breath of fresh air for these times, but a part of me is starting to miss the concept of home….even if I can’t go back to my old place.”

“My birthday usually always falls on the week of Thanksgiving, a time that I’ve always had to spend around my dad. On top of my birthday being non-existant to my dad, the whole holiday excuse was often used for me to spend time with him, only for him to rip me apart every chance he got….yeah, it’s left a pretty sour taste about my birthday growing up.

I have another celebration at a different time for it instead. I like it much better.”
